How to Delete and Reorder PDF Pages
PDFs assembled from scans or different sources can contain blank, duplicated, inverted or misplaced pages. You can create a clean copy while retaining the original.
Delete pages from a PDF
Add the file to PDF Page Delete and select the pages to remove. Confirm page content rather than relying only on a small thumbnail so that you do not remove a similar-looking valid page.
After downloading the new file, inspect the pages next to every deletion. The original remains separate, so you can repeat the process if needed.
Reorder PDF pages
Move pages into the intended flow in PDF Page Reorder. Think in logical sections such as cover, contents, main text and appendices.
Correct rotated pages
Use PDF Rotate to turn sideways or inverted scans by 90, 180 or 270 degrees. Confirm that rotation applies only to the selected pages.
Quick checklist
- ✓Keep the original before processing.
- ✓Do not confuse printed labels with PDF page order.
- ✓Scan the complete output using thumbnails.
