About pricing

Does using my own API key reduce included usage?add

No. Operations made with your own provider key do not consume Docly's included AI quota; your provider's own charges still apply.

Can I cancel an annual plan?add

You can cancel at any time from the customer portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

What happens to my files if I downgrade?add

Files are not deleted immediately if usage is above the new limit. You will need to free space or upgrade before uploading more.

What counts as an AI operation?add

Each user task started with Docly's pooled provider key counts once. Multiple paragraph or cell calls inside that task are not counted separately; tasks using your own key do not consume the quota.
