How to Turn Photos into One PDF
Turning phone photos of paperwork into one PDF is more organised than sending many images. Capture quality and page order determine the usefulness of the result.
Convert photos to PDF
Add images to JPG to PDF and drag them into page order. Keep a consistent orientation and rotate landscape captures beforehand when necessary.
Create and download the PDF, then scan through every page. Check for duplicates, missing pages and upside-down images.
Capture a clearer document
Place the document on a flat surface, hold the camera parallel to it and avoid shadows. Document Scan can correct perspective and clean up the page when its edges appear skewed.
Manage file size
Modern phone photos can be very large. If the PDF exceeds an email or portal limit, apply balanced PDF compression and inspect readability afterwards.
Quick checklist
- ✓Rename photos in page order after capture.
- ✓Keep all four corners of the document in frame.
- ✓Zoom into small text in the final PDF.
